Collecting a few key pieces of information each market day can help jump-start a culture of data collection at your market.

In fact, most markets are already collecting much of this information each market day, but few are using it to produce metrics.

The Market Day report is made of items markets already track at the market. These  fields include the number of vendors in attendance, any SNAP distribution from via your token terminal, and the weather for the market day. Additionally, you can track any activities that take place at the market.
This data is often what other stakeholders and funders prioritize but is most time-consuming to gather and manage. Keep a log as to how much time and effort it takes to collect and enter it and then share that along with the data.
